What to do with this?

soo long story short something or someone picked apart my plant lol. advice on what to do with it?

Keep going. It looks like it's healthy otherwise.

Just a long shot guess here..... Have learned that you cannot trust cats or dogs with access to plants.

It’ll grow fine just let her go.

You can abuse the shit out of plants whe they are in vegetative growth.
As long as the roots are healthy and there are a few leaves left for photosynthesis it will recover given time. Once flowering starts (or if your plant is an autoflower) you have less room for error.

Put a tomato cage around it and let her live!!!
