It’ll grow fine just let her go.

You can abuse the shit out of plants whe they are in vegetative growth.
As long as the roots are healthy and there are a few leaves left for photosynthesis it will recover given time. Once flowering starts (or if your plant is an autoflower) you have less room for error.

Put a tomato cage around it and let her live!!!
