Hey guys I'm from one of the hottest parts of Australia it gets over 50 degrees celcius here some days in summer (122 Fahrenheit) I'm wondering if weed could handle those sorts of tempretures outdoors or would it stress the plants to much, and if 50 is too much what can I do to compensate like put them in shade or something. Thanks in advance

but you can seriously cheat that by breeding ur own seeds that are environmentally /latitude stable
above these temps they just fall dormant and can screw you on harvest date
some aussie growers have a shade that fits above the plant from 10-1400hrs?

I have heard of many aussie growers growing at night
much as the euros are doing now, in their winter
indoors under lights, with the plants sleeping during those hot hours

I live in a climate almost identical to yours and run my indoor lights at night during the summer. Outdoors I've had some success but it won't be very pretty herb I'll promise you that. The number one tip I can give is get some shade cloth, it lets some light through but provides a much cooler leaf temperature. Get that shit covering your plant(s) so that they are shaded during the hottest part of the day but allow them some direct sunlight if possible in the morning and evening. As the guy above said you should expect to water A LOT, also don't use black pots as they retain heat. I dug a fairly large hole in my backyard and filled it with some good soil so the roots could benefit from the coolness and insulation of the earth.

only seen them go up to 110f before but with many fans blowing onto the plants .. where the hell does it get 122f out side ! ?

Also, since you're in the Southern Hemisphere you'd better act quick cause the season is well on its way.
