What size table under a 600w on a rail???

GrowTech

stays relevant.
I've got a 1kwhps on a light rail over a 4x8 tray works good, but can't get close. I bet a 600whps would work dandy if you got it close enough to the tops (which you can since its on a light mover and wont be above the plants long enough to burn em)

I have a 3 x 6 grow are under a 6' light rail using 400w MH for vegging and 430w HPS for flowering.
Actually I have two of them, for about 10 years I used them for a SOG grow I did for a few years.
Now that I'm a MM patient I can only grow 6 to full maturity. 400w covers this 18 square foot area
well for vegging 12 plants. The 430w HPS does very well in the set-up and I have the proof, see below.
I think a table 4 x 8 would be the max for your 600w set-up.

Thanks for your input guys.
Im going to use the 2-4x6 tables because it fits best in my space. I finally got my tax return!! Im going to place my order for two 600w cooltubes with elec ballast.

Subzero.....What problems if any did you have running your SOG with the light rail? Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Those plants look great! It must be nice not to worry about getting busted. I doubt my state will ever legalize it.

growtech --- you say you cannt get the 1000 close enough way not, I thought that was one of the bennifits of the movers? How close do you think you could get? I'm thinkingofadding oneto my room just to get the plant some extra height with out burning them up.
