I remember Cafergot. In fact, when I failed to bring some to work, I'd have a stupid little thing I'd chant (very quietly):

I fergot the Cafergot
you fergot the Cafergot
We fergot the Cafergot
who fergot the Cafergot

Shows whole wheat bread @ 71, Harvard

Table sugar has a GI value of 60-65.

I'm not going to play google all night.

I am cutting and running because you are boring.

Didn't even bother to look beyond the single example did you. And nope you're cutting and running because you ***wanted to be right*** not because you wished actual discussion or discovery of any new information. What you wanted was to expound and Be The Expert............

And what you stated was in error , you've already admitted to an error that could have hurt someone had they taken it as truth i.e. your admitted mistake in G.I.levels as regards wheat bread.

And in addition because you've adopted the bleating gggrrrraainnnns bbbaaaaaaAADDD faddists stance you utterly failed to take into account what I stated as regards B A L A N C E , along with the fact that the problems come from not THE CARBS themselves but from the way they are utilised.

These will continue to be FACTS, regardless of whether YOU choose to accept them or not , and it will still continue to be FACT that to lose weight one must expend more calories than one ingests.

Beyond what? What else would you like me to look up for you? A Harvard reference not good enough for you?

And what you stated was in error , you've already admitted to an error that could have hurt someone had they taken it as truth i.e. your admitted mistake in G.I.levels as regards wheat bread.

So someone thinking wheat bread has a higher GI than glucose can hurt someone? Really?

One more time: I advocate <75 gr carb/day, the rest in protein and fats and exercise. You ranting balance, well that's just a no-brainer.

These will continue to be FACTS, regardless of whether YOU choose to accept them or not , and it will still continue to be FACT that to lose weight one must expend more calories than one ingests.
Where did I not agree with you that your calorie in/out fact was wrong?
anyways, fuck this.

Dinner prep a couple days ago -

Remove from shell after a quick boil:

Clean and sterilize the shells:

After soaking in salt water simmer them in wine and herbs:

Stuff them back into their shells with some butter, garlic, bread crumbs and cheese:

And into the oven:

Forgive the ugly plating.

To tell the truth I don't know how people get so fat...for real...but then I think about it and realize that while I am not fat I am not healthy...lol. I eat terrible... I don't really get hungry all through the day, but I might eat some mac and cheese or a couple of chicken strips around noonish, and then not eat anything else til dinner...where I eat too much...and then I get super hungry right before i fall asleep...and I end up eating a bunch of junk food...I get like overwhelming sugar cravings when I am tired I guess...or just late at night I want sugar...I have heard taking a chromium supplement can help, but haven't actually tried taking a chromium supplement...but ya know what i am putting it on the organizer...Hooray...first step done... Just like Alice in Wonderland "I often give myself very good advice, but I simply seldom ever follow it. "
