What is wrong with these Buds?

okay the first picture is of a bud where the white pistils have shriveled and turned orange; there a couple of these buds like this.

The second picture is of the top bud with white pistils; these are how the majority of the other buds look like.

So my question is why are the couple of buds have shriveled orange pistils? Are these particular buds ready to be cut? Or is it something else? I thought it could be the temp of the lights.

I dont know tell me what you guys think. Sorry about the color of light.

I'm have two thc bombs and they don't look alike at all. One is as you describe yours to be, pistals turning orange, the other the pistals are all white and the buds rather frosty. The ones with the orange pistals, not so frosty. Four weeks of flowering.

Yeah im about 4 weeks in flowering also. Do you know why they have shriveled? HEre are better pictures.

The first two are of the ones that are shriveled and look crushed and the third is of what the other buds look like. So i know its not time to harvest but im wondering what is cause this?

I wouldn't worry, like I said mine are turning orange on one plant. I'm not used to this site so I don't use it well but if you look some of my posts I just put up some new pics on saturday which shows what I'm talking about very nicely. Wish I could help you more. I don't think you are having a problem.

I believe I know what the dudes talking about, I noticed it my last grow and this one as well.

When the gals first start budding, most of 'em have nice, long, milky pistils and some look like someone got too close with a BIC lighter. The pistils are short, stubby, and brown(ish). They seem to grow out of it, 'cuz one week it was there and the next, gone.

I have the same thing, wasn't sure what it was at first, sprayed them last night and like forty five percent more had the orange on them. I think it is a problem with the humidity / temperature combo. I checked the min / max and it fluctuated quite a bit. like 37% RH to 93% through the day / night. got a dehumidifier today!!! I think when we sprayed the crap out of them yesterday, with the fan off so it could soak up some of the water, for like 8 to 10 minutes *at least 5 w/o ventilation* anyway... If anyone knows anything, Please help us. Thanks

Remember to Flush!

Was talking to "the man" today and he said its normal. he doesn't know why it happens but he said not to worry about it just as long as everything is still growing. He recommended a product by advanced nutrients thats like a cure all that fixes any over or under ferting and clears any diseases and relieves general stress on the plant. the only problem with it is being made by advanced nutrients it is NOT ORGANIC! but he says well worth it. just giving everyone a heads up

that happened to me before and it had to do with over feeding, but it doesn't sound like that's your problem. Maybe it's the specific strain you are growing, or could be an ultra early pheno of the strain you are growing, just a couple of suggestions
