What is wrong with my baby?

Hi folks,
I put my Black Russian seed direct into the soil almost 20 days ago. It popped from the soil after 4 days. I located it front of my window (inside the living room). Room tempature is between 20-23 celcius. Its growing under the sun but after 20 days its still so tiny.

This is not my plant but the same as mine.



is it normal to be this big? My soil was the cheapest one and i dont use any fertilizer. I give only water, one time in two days period.
And the weather was mostly cloudy here. Only few days there was direct sunlight.

This happened to me once, I just went with Not the right lighting and conditions

that plant in pic looks healthy so i would go with not enougth light aswell be better of putting her under some standard house cfl if the sun is not out.

Could b anything....doesn't like soil...too wet...too cool...it still has its color n she's standing up OK.....I'd put her somewhere warm w a cfl sitting abt 2-3 inches above....20 days in the same position is no good tho...pop another one

On cloudy days ide def put a cfl or two above it.. it is tiny but looks heathly. But then again I germ my seeds then put. Into soil so time frames could be a little diffrent. Gl
