What is wrong w/ my 13 Day old Outdoor Plant? (pics)

I just went outside to check on it & on the bottom right leaf (above cotyledons) there were pale green/light green spots on the top of it and a HOLE!! (a small one) Also another thing I noticed is that the leaf that had the spots on it was pointed upward more than all the others. What is going on? I fed it Miracle Gro Liquid plant food last night could that be the reason?

The pic was Day 10 of my baby girl..

Looks too young to feed nutes, maybe that's why and if there was hole something might of had a munch on it.

Will it be fine or will the holes in the plant cause it to die?

Should be fine but I heard dont use miracale grow not good for them

I heard the same thing but that's all I had so I had to give it a try. Is that your grow in your avi?

miracle grow is fine to use just like any nutrients...the problem is too many people overdo it, and just happen to be inexperienced growers that grab a bottle of MG

So massah the problem could be that I poured too much of the MG liquid into my water?
