It looks like early stage Magnesium or Potassium deficiency. Please attach pictures of the bottoms of the foliage and ill take a look.. What strain is it? How often are you feeding? What nutrients are you using?

To prevent future problems from arising i recommend you read this book..

What i am interested in seeing is the bottom side of the foliage, the underside of the leaves. Whats your Runoff PH & TDS reading?

This is one of those things...

It looks like Magnesium and Potassium deficiency, pH spotting, and nutrient toxicity all at the same time. Some of the plants even exhibit what could be considered phosphorus deficiency.

You'll get a lot of different diagnoses as a result.

Fortunately it should be easy to resolve. Flush that soil with a 6.5 solution to remove any excess and balance the pH buffer. Top dress with 1 Tbsp. dolomite lime per gallon of media and then use a weak strength balanced nutrient (1-1-1 ratio is the same as an 8-8-8, just don't use something like 1-1-2 right now as the imbalance of potassium could really mess shit up). Water to the point of run off and you now have a clean and not totally devoid media with a good micro element pH buffer.

Watch your pH in the future. Feed sparingly at low strength. Focus on getting lots of run off.
