What is the best method of hydros?

i use a a homemade dwc made out of a 30 gallon rubbermaid container. Its easy to grow with, I only check on it once a day, and the resevoir is large enough that the ph doesnt fluctuate too much and temp isnt a problem
 
I dont personally care for TUB DWC setups, something about all the plants growing in the same root space... I like to use 5 gallon buckets for each plant in DWC.. IDK seems better to me... but those tubs things are sold all over e-bay for pennies.....

In DWC I have always followed the air rule of 400-500cc of air for each gallon of water.

I agree it can be a pain when you start removing males but not too big of a deal. I have done many grows in a DWC/aeroponic ultrasonic fogger tub. Its cheap and easy to set up and maintain so its good for 10-12 plants. For larger grows I like PVC aeroponic set ups because of they can be set up in almost any space. I am a big fan of utrasonic foggers they keep my rez sparkling clean.
 
dwc speaks for it self my ph changes every 4 days then i just drain and refill the plants love it the only problem i seem to have is if i dont use 3 layers of net my buds break from so much weight heres a pic of 0nly 1 net not good should of had 3

3rd page and no mention of the hempy bucket. jeez, c'mon. i know its passive hydro but its awesome and easy. where the hempy people at? :blsmoke:

Nice setup mate, had something much like yours once :) now I just use DWC for me mums...

Hempy grower checking in! So far I'm loving it! I'm not qualified to say it's the best.... as it's the only method I've tried... but I will say I'm loving how easy it is :D
 
Whut kinda pump do ya use? I tell ya whut not to use. Catalina Aqua or CA. I tried a ca 400, couldn't even turn one single 360 rotary spray head at water level.

Any suggestions appreciated.
