my lawyer told me this about my case, what does this mean exactly, they dont expect me to have to come to court?
"Matt,
I should have been clearer. They have 4 separate dockets they call for that one week term of Superior Court. One of the four is the trial docket. A portion of those cases are expected to go to trial. Your case is on the administrative docket. Those cases, while scheduled for that term of court, are on for plea negotiations only.
I will explain everything in greater detail on that week of court. Pllease e-mail or call with any questions you may have."
i need someone to clear this up for me, is stoner terms lol
