my lawyer told me this about my case, what does this mean exactly, they dont expect me to have to come to court?

"Matt,
I should have been clearer. They have 4 separate dockets they call for that one week term of Superior Court. One of the four is the trial docket. A portion of those cases are expected to go to trial. Your case is on the administrative docket. Those cases, while scheduled for that term of court, are on for plea negotiations only.
I will explain everything in greater detail on that week of court. Pllease e-mail or call with any questions you may have."

i need someone to clear this up for me, is stoner terms lol

you have to go to court and plead "guilty or innocent". if you plead innocent then they set a trial date.

They are trying to get you a plea deal. Your lawyer and the prosecutor are in secret negotiations to see how much they are going to screw you. If you have a public defender, dont accept any plea deal unless you like it. Noone wants to go to trial, and noone can afford it right now.

your medical condition overrides your probation. i know a lot of people who got put on probation then went and got their card so they could still smoke. i also know of people who had there card and got in trouble and part of their probation was to give up the card.

i think if you come here you can leave your probation there. some states will drop it if you leave. i would check this before believing me though.:blsmoke:
