I have a super silver and a nevelles that have stretched beyond anything I imagined during flower. I was trying to bend the top down and tie it off and the nevelles snapped.Am I screwed? Is there anything I should do?

did it snap completly off. if not you can support it with some masking tape anround where it snapped. you can also use a stake to help prop it up and tape it. it can heal itself back together.
if it snapped completly off then the rest of the plant will continue to grow.

when tieing over your plants you should tie a counter weight down low near the top of the soil on the opposite side your going to pull it over. then about 2/3rds of the way up tie and start to pull it over. you can feel the resistance. if you need to go a long ways than just go half way, then in a few days pull it over some more. keep doing it until your at the height you want.
sorry you broke it but dont let it stop you from trying again. tieing plants over can be a real benifeit not only for ceiling height, but it also promotes a lot of growth the whole length of the stem where the light is now hitting it more.
