I'm always looking for new stuff to cook that looks good. What are some of your favorite foods to cook/eat? How do you make them? Do you have any pictures? What does it taste like? Is it healthy?

One of my favorite recipes to make is chicken enchiladas, they're fucking bomb!

Chicken, red enchilada sauce, cheese, vegetable oil, tortillas, black olives, onions (optional). Boil the chicken, wait till it cools, shred it, add seasoning, flash fry some tortillas just to get them soft (creates a crispy shell after they come out of the oven), dip the tortillas in the enchilada sauce, wrap chicken, cheese, black olives, onion, place in baking pan, cover with remaining sauce, cheese and black olives, bake for 20 minutes, enjoy!

I'll take some pictures next time I cook them, they look as good as they taste!

Also Lasagna, shit is amazing!

Two of my favorite foods, what are yours?

lol I was waiting for the whole "throw in pan, cook" direction..

Is your shit raw when you eat it or what?
the acid in the lime cooks the fish, the longer the fish is in the lime the more it cooks. I like my cebiche to sit for a minute or two :)

its not nessacarily healthy but its muy bueno.

1 pound bag boneless chicken breasts
1/2cup soy sauce, 1 cup teriyaki

So you're gonna take your chicken, poke a few holes in it, add some garlic powder, and then combine chicken, and sauces into one big ziplock bag.
marinate for 3 or 4 hours.
Take out when time is up, take the sriachi (idk how to spell it, rooster on cover of it) sauce and baste on both sides of chicken.
Put a little oil into a pan, heat to medium high, and place in chicken.
When oil cooks away, add water, and a bit of teriyaki sauce to keep it from burning.
cook until done.

On the side, steam a few cups of rice.
Chop up cooked chicken and place over the rice, and for the side i think spinach makes a great side for this, raw washed spinach.

Its fairly good and simple. I have more recipes but alot of it comes from my head and my experience
