OG and LA are not related. When LA Confidential first came out they were selling it as OG Kush x Afgani because they referred to the old school affie kush mother as OG kush. The clone only OG Kush in no way resembles LA Confidential.

Grizz is actually correct, many people leach out or let the plants use up all of the stored nitrogen late in flower to have better tasting smoother smoking herb. This is an opinion thing and everyone is entitled to one but neither of you are wrong.

Plants don't need that much nitrogen during flowering and if the plants start using up all the nitrogen in the later stages of flowering it will not effect the quality in a negative way at all. Excess nitrogen will actually inhibit flower formation in flowering. You just have to find the right balance I doubt there is anyone on these forums that grows perfect weed but that doesn't mean they grow bad weed either so while your plants look great you can also see where they are a little overfertilized.

Just for the record, I agree homebrewer that your plants are nitrogen deficient. I also belive that plants should be flushed prior to harvest to get a smoother smoke but during early to mid flowering you want some nitrogen. On the other hand, I belive homebrewer's show examples of excess nitrogen (dark green leaves and brown tips) LOL it's like examples of 2 extremes like a FAQ.
Anyways, I have used many banks to get seeds from never had a bad experience. Really just depends on who's got the seeds I want in stock and who's the cheapest or has the best deals going on ATM. I have used drchronic,drgreenthumb,sanniesshop,hempdepot,speedyseedz and currently waiting on an order from attitude. I really like being able to buy a few single seeds and they have a large selection of things I cant find anywhere else for much cheaper than others. Sannies got some good deals going on right now too. For a first grow I'd recommend some budget priced seeds like KC Brains, Cannacopia or nirvana or something like that.

I'd go in to a little more detail about nitrogen and it's role in leafy, flowering plants, but I'm not in the mood to teach griz right now.

ouch! your harvesting those tomarrow? Your plants are over fertilized and will taste like crap and crackle pop no matter how you cure them. Making tasty buds comes far before the curing proccess. When you take them to the edge like that with nitrogen you inhibit flower growth, but of coarse you already know that. Go drink a bud light because I bet your brew comes out like your weed. LOL
