yeah trimming is time consuming

Yea I've been coming straight home from work the last two days and trimming for about 5 hours. Some buds are actually quite easy when they are semi dried out. Is it a sign of early harvest when the dried buds have a shit ton of really long stringy hairs and the actual bud doesn't seem very swollen?
