Welcome To The White House Rolling Diary 2019

Well sad news for the Dark Devil Autos and maybe the Black Jacks. I spotted spider mites on the autos and a few other plants so out with the SB Plant Invigorator and sprayer. Gave all the plants a good spray all over, I must have made it too strong and I now have leaves that have curled up and died. There is not enough good growth left on the autos so no point in trying to take them further. The black Jacks one may recover and im happy to wait it out and see as these are photoperiod plants. Other plants in the veg cab have similar issues but not so bad. I will update again in a few days and hopefully have some good news.
So sorry about that live and learn as they say.
What sort of diary would it be if I didn't post my own stupid fuck ups.

Dinafem - Orange Juice - Update - Day 17 Flower

I gave the plant a rather heavy defoliation and removed all the unwanted shoots as it was just a little over the top and no light or air was getting into the canopy.

Feed is now 25% Ionic Hydro Grow / 75% Bloom To get EC 1.4, Canna Calmag Agent added To Bring EC 1.5 (0.4 Background) EC 0.1 Ionic PK Boost Total EC 1.6 PH 6.1 Lights on temps 26-30c lights of 22-24c RH Lights On 65%-70%.

A couple of photos showing random bud and trichome development below. I will attempt to get the plant out over the weekend for a full plant photo.

Dinafem - Orange Juice Scrog - Day 19 12/12

This must be the most uneven scrog I have done to date but at least it's packed with good size tops.

So here we are with a photo update showing the damage done by what I think was spidermites and my error of making the SB Plant Invigorator solution too strong for the plants to deal with. A week later and feeding the plants at a lower EC 0.9 (0.4 Background tap water) and PH6.1 we are now slowly starting to get new healthy growth. Normally I would have just binned plants with any sign of infestation but that would have ended my first go with the vertical scrogs etc, hopefully they will fully recover and the mites have been destroyed.
That's it for now enjoy the destruction images.

And the camera setup minus the flashes used to take the bug image.
From camera body to end of lens info. Full set of extension tubes, sigma 1.4 tc, sigma 105mm macro, raynox dcr 250 clip on lens. I run this in full manual mode.

Now for a little surprise update as I have not mentioned these two clone plants before. These are two mini scrog plants growing in the same type of troughs as the vertical plants. These are going to be used on the floor and in front of the two vertical scrog plants if they fit in, if not oh well I can keep them in veg for another time. Once they fill the screens I will cut all the tops down at net level give them a few days to recover and then into the flower cab, these I just want to have super small colas about 5 inches max so these might be in place before the vertical plants.

That's the idea and that's it for now.

Mini Scrogs and Vertical Scrog update.

Ok here we go two images shot separate so I could fit them in and then edited to put them in one photo.

Left Vertical Scrog : HSO - Blue Fire
Left Horizontal Mini Scrog Bottom: HSO - OGKZ

Right Vertical Scrog : HSO - Saphire Scout
Right Horizontal Mini Scrog Bottom: HSO - The New

This is how they should be setup once put into the bottom level of the flower cab, lights etc have been shown and explained a few posts back. Ok here we go two images shot separate so I could fit them in and then edited to put them in one photo.

I really dig your scrogs, you do a fantastic job of filling them out. The photos are all great too, super professional. Sorry to hear about the spider mites, they are resiliant little badtards once they get established

HSO - Sapphire Scout - Update

Finally the vertical scrog plants are recovering well from the spidermites and now looking hungry. Feed is at EC1.4 PH5.8. Hopefully she will take the feed levels and get her skates on and veg out this scrog frame over the next two weeks so we can get her into the flower cab.

That's it for now.

Sweet Seeds - Black Jack Photo Update

Both plants have recovered well and new growth is doing fine. I will be keeping Plant (B) and Plant (A) is for the compost heap. I kept it around as a backup incase 1 did not recover and helps keep my plant count a little lower in the veg room.

I will be posting photos of the other plants during the week. That's it for now.

Dinafem - Orange Juice - Update

Feed is now Ionic Hydro Bloom / EC 1.3 Canna Calmag Agent EC 1.4 / Ionic PK Boost EC1.6 Total EC 1.6 PH 6.1 Lights on temps 26-30c lights of 22-24c RH Lights On 60% / 65%.

Images are taken with the plant in the flower cab as I don't have the strength to lift the thing out. So just what can be seen from the front with cab door open. I do need to get the plant out and thin it out a little, any little buds at the bottom of the colas need removed.

That's it for now images below.

HSO - THE NEW - Day 35 Flower

Feed is now Ionic Hydro Bloom / EC 1.3 Canna Calmag Agent EC 1.4 / Ionic PK Boost EC1.6 Total EC 1.6 PH 6.1 Lights on temps 26-30c lights of 22-24c RH Lights On 60% / 65%.

Images are taken with the plant in the flower cab. I will take the plant out shortly for a full canopy shot etc. There is a nice sweet cinnamon/spice and earthy aroma which im sure will change as the buds mature. We are more less 1/2 through the flowering phase now and she is still firing out some new bud sites and packing on the trichomes from the top colas to the bottom, rather impressive display. You can see a lot of pistils starting to change colour, and to be honest it was probably my rough handling trying get her out of the cab and bashing it about just a little

Nothing more to note for now. Enjoy the images.

Awesome thread man! Some of the best pics of a grow setup I've seen. Just read the first and last page but I'll read through it all at some point. Ever plan on running some regular sexed seeds? I've had much better luck with them compared to all the fems I've run.
Yeah at some stage I will be doing some regs again, but for the next 6 months im tied up doing competition grows with Dinafem and Intense Nutrients. Great to hear your enjoying the diary and photos and also nice to have some feed back, not much feedback from others on this thread or site to be honest. Plenty of views so at least people are having a look.
