Yeah I don't think anyone can say from that pic, too zoomed out and out of focus.
Sometimes the interior of the bud, or where it's pressed against the stem or another bud, grows out white or yellow-ish cuz it's not exposed to light (some strains do it more than others). But that's also where mold would tend to grow first.
If you have a scope or good magnifier you should be able to tell, mold looks very different from trichomes under magnification
