Possibly, but they never pissed on the two from my first grow that was outside for close to 3 months! I might have to put up a fence.

I work for a Civil Engineering firm, and we do work with soils and such. We even have s soils Lab, we also do inviromental work for cities and counties. Where I live. If you were to dig out some native soil, and fill it back in with good garden soil, after a while the plants would start to die from all the bad shit in the native soil leeching into the good soil. Here, it is best to take a good 20 mil pond liner, make a nice bowl shape in the ground, line this with good clean washed sand, then place the pond liner, make some nice sized holes in the bottom, for drainage, and then add the good soil. I am concerned with the looks of you soil in the first picture, what area do you live in?

Looks like just overwatering...obviously. ( Had to state the obvious. ) And I am no good with nutrient diagnosies so I'll leave to yellowing to another more experienced grower. Luckily enough, the sand make the soil drain really well. No pooling of rainwater for me. But it is everyday, and very heavy for a long while.

K, update. First of all, thank you all, the prize goes to........*drumroll*..........ROSEMAN. To bad he isn't here to claim his prize! A truckload full of pot. Bet you guys didn't know this was a contest!! j/k anyways, thanks again to every for trying to help out!

The plant in question, must have been pissed on by my dogs, because I left it alone, and the rain kept flushing and flushing, and still is doing a little more flushing to other plants, but, it was a male, I let him sit in the ground untill his nut's looked close to dangerous, then gave him the axe. Was going to save pollen, but 'eh. I have another male that has more desireable traits in my DWC and is much more mature, so....well see.
