It's weird.
2 Days ago when I smoked.. it was a weird sensation that moved from my wrist.. to my forearm, then to my upper-arm, then to my back..
Up my neck.. then the back of my head, it stayed their for a little then went away..
All on the left side.. Keep in mind before all this my left wrist was getting numb.

The feeling only intensify's when I smoke weed.
Today however I didn't smoke and the feeling still is bothering at my wrist.
It feels like as if I can feel the blood pump.. no stabbing sensation or any of that.
Its just.. uncomfortable and weird.

No injury's or any of that.
I have a doctors appointment today at 3pm and I've been searching online for an answer but am not getting any.
Just wanted to know RIU's opinion. Only 18 and In healthy condition.
Don't eat junk food or any of that. Had recent blood test 2 weeks ago and everything is fine they said.

Its NOT Carpool tunnel.

Thanks for a fun morning.

Sometimes when i cough up half a lung, i'll get aches in my joints ... nasty feelings that last a few minutes. Like the bends in miniature. Unpleasant. I try to take smaller hits now. cn

Hey bud, this sounds like tension to me. Specially if you have started spending more time on the computer and/or more stressed. Anything to tighten your muscles up. Lifting heavy stuff, long journeys... etc.

When muscles tighten up they pinch and squish nerves, thats what causes numbness, tingling & feelings of coldness.

Try to stay in comfortable postures and get up walk around once in a while, get a drink and shizz. Do this: take a few deep breaths and `inflate` your upper body, reach up a little bit too, some motion. Then have a hot shower on the effected side, hitting the shoulderblade / trapezius area. Make it a long shower and slightly rub all the pain path. Its ideal when your upper left side is all red from the hot water, no skin peeling off though :D

Then come out and smoke a fat one, relax. Pain should be gone. Throw an arm over and rub just above the shoulderblade, to the neck, and between the shoulderblade and the spine. Also your shoulder joint and the muscle running from that to the shoulderblade. Get the nerve paths sorted. Rub gently and listen to your body, it works better if you *respond* to it with your mind, thats where a niceee buzz helps :)

Stretching your tricep and not resting your wrist on the keyboard = two other things to do. Also forget about the pain plenty (google is your enemy) but don`t stay in bad postures.

Hope this helps man. Your doc would say some of this too. A lot of the above is my `daily maintenance`, more comfortable that way :)

Didn't know we had doctors on here lol.
Thanks bro. Ill try that.
I did take a hot shower and that did help my arm.

It's usually my wrist that feels weird everyday.
I also don't use it that much.
