You have anxiety because weed causes you to look into your own soul.
    Your soul is broken.
Weed cant fix that but it has allowed you to notice.

    Fix it, then smoke weed

CBD alone of course doesnt produce paranoia or any of that, the question is finding right strain WITH thc and cbd the right leve, yes everyone reacts differently, but out of every strain Ive tried by all means white widow never fails when it comes to no paranoia high I can assure u this, its the kind you can smoke llike cigarettes all day no problem

Amd Charface yes that is true, some need fixing, others just insecure. But no pot is just a band aid in cases like this, takes deeper soul searching for that.

Listen, there are literally millions of people who have experienced unpleasant feelings of anxiety, paranoia and depression from smoking pot. It isn't because they are insecure or fucked in the head. And they don't use it any more because of that reason. And they experienced that 30 years ago. And if they had the pot of today there heads would pop off. And I have a feeling your white widow wouldn't be any better for them.

Try it and see, has to do with CBD to THC ratio. Because smoking CBD alone I simply see as something to get me by a drug test. Why do that when you can find a strain that balances both?

ANd yes there are millions of fucked up people, wake up call I shouldnt have to give you/ Char couldnt have said it better it opens your soul and if wahts in there is trouble.....

I think at times it amplifies feelings and so if you are feeling good you may laugh your head off and if you're feeling bad you will feel real bad. Maybe insecure would feel more insecure and be a scary sight when high. But I don't think because you have a problem on weed sometimes that it means you're insecure. It just does that to some people. I'm agreeing CBD with THC can make a difference if not for all then for some and definitely me. Some may need THC only, not just in a pain way, but maybe in a psychological way, but I don't think that's me. I guess you see your soul if you never noticed it before but you should be able to see your soul when you're straight too. And are you sure you can pass a drug test with CBD in you? I never heard that.

Drug tests screen for THC not CBD

er ok, but they're only off by like an H pointed this way instead of that way, or a double bond instead of a single, or something like that. You may be right, but they are both cannabinoids and I didn't think piss analyzing companies were being that specific because it is costly to be so specific.

Analyzing companies? Its what the law considers illegal anything with THC, CBD was a grey area, there are those that want to ban it but that would mean also banning hemp seed oil and hemp based products.

Problem with some CBD brands is they dont fully distill the THC even from real hemp which contains minimal traces but still has it. If you smoke too much CBD it can show THC in blood, although good CBD brands will show lab results with no traces or barely enough to test positive, others contain a bit more THC, not enough to be psychedelic but enough to trigger a positive test result

I guess getting back to the original question CBD only isn't much use as it doesn't do much for a usual user, though it helped with certain rare medical conditions like seizures. I think the original post wants to get high without anxiety. What helped me and I say try this is take a specific amount of whatever weed, make sure your day is free, stay home and take notes about your level of anxiety. Then next weekend, take the same amount of same bud, and take additional CBD. You won't get higher but it is slightly different. Then see how you fare.

I have dealt with this and I found a weird dosing problem, I think.

In an attempt to avoid paranoia i took tiny hits. Makes sense.

But I feel if the hit is too small I dont get enough of whatever it is that overrides the anxiety.

So instead of just a mouthfull I tried a whole hit. Never really nailed it down one way or the other.

But in my case if i go ahead and just ride out the first good hit when I come down im able to just power through if I take another hit.

I start to feel better about halfway through the first high and the second high is pretty trouble free as long as I don't get greedy.
Leads me to believe that if I just forced myself to smoke twice a day fir a week
I would develope a tolerance and be ok.

But, aint noone got time for that....

Both but its not a high, its like akin to waking up next day after major indica session, but your clear headed not high but your mellow and not like sober towlie

A lot of ppl I know old school tokers still havent tried pure CBD, I think its GREAT, Ive tried sublingual, vaping with nicotine and then perc bong the wax on a bowl

Last is best, sublingual is a waste though can be effective, and vaping with nicotine I guess great for being a street ninja

I have had a specific type of anxiety since 19 years old which is a combination of generalized anxiety disorder and hypochondriasis and I use weed on a semi-regular basis.

Sadly, smoking weed does not generally help my anxiety. I'm trying to find something but until then, it doesn't really matter what strain. I've had a strain make me feel relaxed one time, then anxious the next, etc. One might say mindset is key... and it is. But I have noticed a pattern.

You'll notice that a high really has two distinct parts: the onset and what I like to call the slide. (The part where you just ride the high to the come down.)

    Does this sound familiar?

My anxiety only has a higher chance of getting really bad at the onset. When I first start feeling the effects, my mind sometimes worries about the effect the weed will have on my thoughts and thats where it has the most potential to create anxiety. However, if I only take a very small amount at first, I will feel that onset albeit only slightly and I can also feel it pass onto the slide.

Once its gets there, I know I can take a larger amount no problem because I'm already enjoying the effect without issue.

So my advice to you, if you insist on enjoying marijuana even though you have anxiety, is that you not only look into strains. Also keep track of how your anxiety works when you smoke: keep track of the amount of time it takes for the onset to subside, and try taking a small amount of marijuana for a time before you go in full blast.

    Everyone is different.
