so today i got a temporary block on my internet access from roadrunner,

idk much but they said it was for the content someone was looking up on our ip adress, and if it happens again theyll shut it off permenantly.

could it be linked to this website???:joint:

wtf? are you serious? ..I'd think its most likely something like kiddie porn or something rather than this site.. But plz do look into it further and let us know wtf they are talking about. how can your ISP know what your looking at on ur PC? Arent there privacy laws and such? Something doesnt sound right.

yeaaaa, something def dosnt seem right. I dont think it could be linked to this site at all (atleast i hope not) there has to be privacy laws against viewing the sites u view. Look more into it and keep us posted plz

sometimes it may be your internet settings. Go to dlsreports and download drtcp. Sometimes your mtu can be to low and some sites will return a error due to the length of packets. Run the tweak test and see what it says and follow the directions. Your pc may be sending errors back and then the isp logs it. You can see if your are generating errors by looking at your firewall reports. Peace!

Your ISP most definitely can and WILL report suspicious activity.

It is all under the t.o.s. contract signed when you first signed up.

Law enforcement have been known to contact them for possible incriminating evidence.

Be smart, use a proxy.

Anonymity is always key.

Also, it wouldn't be too hard for them to acquire your i.p. address through this site.

Some preliminary precautions are advised.

ive worked for the cable company for the past 10 years, ive never heard of anything like this, my company shut a guys internet down for to much down loading music and movies thats it,when i go to work tomorrow i will ask our headend guys if we can do something like what happened to you
