No. Bad idea. It will stink for one. Horribly, esp when it starts to decompose. It may then invite some nasty pathogens to come and poison your plant.
Stick to tried and true methods of feeding your plants. If you want to give your plants people food, give it some crushed up egg shells. Feed the soil, not the plant.

best off to throw that tuna water on your compost heap, if you have one..
Let the compost do it's job, then feed the compost to your babies !!
