Hey guys, heres a watercolour painting i completed 5 mins ago especially for RIU so i hope you all enjoy :leaf:

Its a pretty crappy shot that i uploaded of my iphone so go easy on the critisizm

and let me no wat u guys think and dont be shy to rep it up haha peace out

Not bad.
Water color is hard, there can be no mistakes like with oil painting.
Dry her an color it up?

Yeh it's only half complete at the moment gotta whack in some colour when she's dried up a bit, I've got some awesome water colours I've done in the past but I havnt done any for around 6 months now so this one was a little experiment really

Haha dw dude I was terrible at first aswell, war type are u using? Cus I find the pencils alot easier than the tub paints

WOW, that is a freaky cool watercolor. Your technique is impressive. Watercolor is very tricky with detail.. you have a lot of talent, patience and control . I really admire that.
The tongue is wild.. nice sick touch. The tear in the shirt down to the bone is also admireable sick. Now the best for me... the smoke that turns into a skull.. fuckin brilliant. I draw a lot of smoke and seeing that added imagery is just killer....
Im intregued by the way you have approached this piece. Do you always start out with black and grey and move into color? :leaf:

Hey thanx heaps man that was a huge confidence boost! Oh and yeh usually I start out with black and grey and work into colour, I find it easier to control the different shades, I actually planned to just do it black and grey but after the guys on here said colour it I thought fuck it why not sonill upload the pics of it colored soon, but thanx heaps man I'm glad u like it I've got a heaps of art I've down but it's all no weed related so didn't think I'd post it on here
