Water Filters?

I use a tall boy. my ph is usually 7.2 off of it. i adjust it down to 5.5-6 depending on the strain and let it sit for as long as possible before i mix the nutes. when you adjust your water down it has a tendency to creep back up after it sits. i always use cal/mag in my line of nutes, a very small amount typically though.

i typically adjust to 5.5 cause i know it will creep up a bit if i let it sit. after i mix the CES nutes in, the whole line-up they have (All 6 nutes), that will drop your ph to 4.0 or so. The micronutes is what really causes the drop. as the plants absorb the nutes the ph will come back up to normal for a few days or so and then it will creep up above 6 so i add a little bit of ph down everyday. i change my reservoirs (36, 32 and a 25 gal.) about every 7-10 days and when i do i flush each plant with about 2 gal. of ph'd water.

Rite on. Im just new to this ans want as many opinions as I can get. So far all my people say no.
are those people doing hydro or soil though? also, i know there is cal and mag already in tap water but i still use it and never have a problem with it. i just use the ces mix chart. white widow can only take about 70% of the nute mix. other strains i mix 150% of what ces says.
