You had an anxiety attack plain n simple thats all. it happens with some strains more than others. there shouldnt even be this much bickering about it it was an anxiety/panic attack guys lol
I burn everyday about 2-4gs depending on if i work or not.
I personally enjoy herb with higher amounts of THC...so i don't get lazy...but i also have anxiety, so both my TrainWreck and LostCoastOG will make my heart race really bad if i'm already anxious for something. If i feel this coming on i just do a bunch of push-ups and sit-ups maybe go for a jog. Sitting still is the worst thing to do. Plus i perform breathing exercises everyday because for some reason if i'm not paying attention i take really short breaths. Long story short my anxiety is really bad...I'm almost like Mr. Monk and Sheldon Cooper combined, except not as crazy or smart haha.

I have personally seen my LCOG give many weekend tokers a case of slight paranoia and just overall being on edge...but hey, if you're about to go for a run, ride bike, and many extreme sports, high amounts of THC and low amounts of CBD is better IMO.

NOTE: Concentrates made from herb with very high amounts of THC have helped some ppl overcome speed(and such) addiction/withdraws. Wish i remember where i read that at.

did you use cognitive behavioral ? because my anexity has been every since i was a child again so there is a huge difference between the two of us which is why i said anxiety is a fucked up thing what works for some will not for others

Sunni is right. there is nothing anyone could say that can change the fact. i know anxiety. its the feeling you get when you think of people coming smashing thru your doors at 5 am with guns. thats honestly the worst part of growing.

and honestly there king cobra, no need to get offended and sad. i already told you i was joking, if you know the buds good, and now that erryone has brought up the panic attack angle, it all makes more sense. and btw, there were people with quite a bit harsher take. i can actually relate to what happens with strong weed after avstinence. and i related tgat in the post. the abstinance + panic. its making sense. at first, the post looked vauglly sketchy when not really thought all the way thru. at first glance, it really looked like an attack on greenhouse(a highly popular thing with certain members

There are a wide variety of triggers for sure also. Most times ppl experiencing a panic attack need either a change of scenery(comfort zone) or need a distraction. I personally try not to take a rip unless i've taken a few deep breaths and allowed my heart to calm all by itself. I spend a lot of time alone so when i have an anxiety attack i go to my comfort zone and breath. Sometimes it helps to drink hot water not sure why but it just soothes me.
That being said...i can be very stoned and certain triggers can get my heart racing in an instant then i barely feel high anymore. Basically my best solution over the years is to deal with what causes your anxiety in the first place, and just keep working with the issues until they aren't quite so bad, i don't believe i will ever be completely anxiety free though.

Yes! Totally deal with the root of the anxiety. Go back to that time in your childhood when you felt things that affected you, and made you have the anxiety in the first place!

When I was 6 I fell from a slide about 20 ft and broke both bones in both arms right above the wrist and almost cracked my forehead. Was unconscious for about ten min and woke up while being carried into the school with blood gushing from my head and my arms on fire. Took 45 min to get to the hospital(lived in a small ass town with about 100 ppl in the entire school system) where the first nurse proceeds to tell me i need my Tetanus shot right away and says it's going to hurt and i'm allowed to scream as loud as i want. I'm sure she didn't really enjoy that moment either lol. Blah blah blah i'm in more pain blah blah. Okay so a week after my arms are plastered i get a check up, left arm wasn't set right and needs to be re-broken and reset...i've almost completely blacked that out of my memory...because i'm sure i blacked out. All i remember is having a contraption holding my jaw open so i didn't clamp down and break a tooth. Source or anxiety #1

It's different for everybody depending on the initial cause. I also suffer from social anxiety a bit.
I hope all who suffer find relief!
PEACE!

Maybe you should consider that certain people (you) are predisposed to have panic attacks, so when you bring in something like weed into the mix that made you feel you feel you were "losing control", it's going to send you into a panic attack. My brother no longer smokes for the exact same reason. I agree that smoking isn't for everyone, but disagree that there's any strain out there that is for no one. Its all in your head.
True!! this was just one strain that i tryed. That's what im saying..it's the strain that made me feel like that. But it certainly was not a panic attack. I felt a little paranoia but panic attack..! No.

LOL im fucking LMFAO right now!!. I fully knew the reaction I would get from some of you. I have smoked for 10 years everyday from morning till night!! One day five years ago i got up to my normal routine of a joint and a cuppa. Little did I know that this would be the day that my life of a daily weed smoker would change for ever. To make a long story short I had a major panic attack and as I never had one before it hit me bad. Like a tone of bricks actually. A build up of anxiety the doctor said...hell yeah a 10 year build up. I would smoke when i was sad, happy, annoyed, angry, every emotion would end with a spliff, i never dealt with emotions normally, weed was my constant escape from everyday shit. But let me tell you this, no matter what your vice is, your only pushing your real emotions into the background using it.

So anyway that panic attack was the best thing that happened to me in my whole life, because i had to deal with all the things that i had been pushing away with my vice..weed!! Take this how you like, if you smoke daily and for a long time, you will experience this in some way, this is our genetic make up. Ever here the term "your body is trying to tell you something"? Well it will!!

For those idiots that are saying that im spreading hate to our beautiful herb, well your wrong. I love weed, i was merely trying to explain one of my experiences to a strain, and im not working for Arijan and Franco!! Hell im stoned right now..it is the weekend!! If i could smoke daily again without any of the LONG-TERM side effects i probably would, but that's not a true reality now is it? And it took me 15 years to find that out. So if im a "lightweight" now, then great!! At least im in the real world for most of the time...

Thanks for reading.

Ps. Oh yeah the plants did hermi really bad aswell!! He has enough seeds now to set up a mini Modydick Factory...Lol
quote from op: *
" I smoke weed from time to time, mainly on weekends!! I have done this for many years now, so im no novice!! "

i dindt notice this before but are you59% full of shit? 89.25% full of shit?
i knew what you were saying smelled familiar. im a organic farmer so i should be able to smell shit from a mile away. You tripped when i asked if you were on hard drugs saying this is a respectable forum about pot when you compared mobyvhigh to coming of of speed.

i knew you were full of shit from the start, you were describing your comedown of the crank, in such detail, that i, someone reading about it could figure that out right away. weed dosent do that to pwople, unless they have a real panic attack, not some made up ice tweak!

nice try tho. at least i know how reliable your info is. about as reliable as a kid getting into a dudes car afted he offered the kid candy. real trustworthy. you deffinitly need to start loading your pipe with something green, not glassy shards. i know when you have been awake for 16 days strait tweaking its hard to tell, but for real, the speed is making you sound real dumb. btw speed and ice is the same thing. but someone of your experience with that shit already knows . i dont need to lecture you on your own drug of choice

I would like to know the source of where your pulling your information OP... I'm sure it has to be outdated along with the rest of the propaganda that the government has planted in many of ears. Cannabis is a schedule 1 drug meaning that there is very little science to go off of (true and factual modern science) because the classification of the drug here in the U.S. puts science on the back burner for legal reasons. I am a reader so please post some links.

As for legalization, I believe even the federal government knows the true properties that cannabis carries but refuses to acknowledge them because they would look like total assholes preaching how bad it was since 1970. Also I believe it's more of a "we would look horrible as a country to other countries governments" if they legalized. The U.S. is a trend setter in this world and people follow our every move. They believe they need to uphold a good image to the rest.

this reminds me of the early 90's commercial: this is your brain : this is your brain on drugs......all I know is when I was high as bird pussy it just made me want an omelette....

sources or this thread never happened....

He had a moped that he used on weekends until a friend recommended a bigger bike. He just lacked experience.:weed:

You expected to be told you have no idea what you are talking about? Why did you post that garbage then?
As a public service message? lol

So you are mentally immature and have been repressing emotions for years with substance abuse?
And you want to give normal, sane, healthy people advice?

Thanks?

So anyway that panic attack was the best thing that happened to me in my whole life, because i had to deal with all the things that i had been pushing away with my vice..weed!!

You identified your problem, sweet for you. How does that apply to normal perople?

Take this how you like, if you smoke daily and for a long time, you will experience this in some way, this is our genetic make up. Ever here the term "your body is trying to tell you something"? Well it will!!
How about I take it as unsolicited and terrible advice from a mental patient?

For those idiots that are saying that im spreading hate to our beautiful herb, well your wrong.
You're spreading some bullshit based on your mental health issues.

I love weed, i was merely trying to explain one of my experiences to a strain, and im not working for Arijan and Franco!!
Weed is not your problem, you are your problem.

Hell im stoned right now..it is the weekend!! If i could smoke daily again without any of the LONG-TERM side effects i probably would, but that's not a true reality now is it?
I'm glad that you figured out you need to change the way you deal with reality.
Maybe you should worry about long term effects of your mental health issues. That would be more productive than spreading lies.

And it took me 15 years to find that out.
You must not be very bright if it took that long.

So if im a "lightweight" now, then great!! At least im in the real world for most of the time...
Your mental health issues were the problem, not weed.

You have a weird sense of self importance in that you think you need to warn people about marijuana because you have a weak mind and were unable to responsibly enjoy cannabis.

Is that the kind of comment you wanted?

My anxiety and panic attacks were so bad and I couldn"t find any smoke to cure it. So I have to deal with taking celexa everyday. Certain strains really set it off. Usually the speedy strains. Everyone is different though.

Moby dick is critical x and originated from spain. Go Dinafem for the original. Bit like buying Kalashnikova from GH when you could buy white Russian from serious seeds. I like GH but let's face it Arjan is a businessman not a scientist. He buys strains and markets ten well. His seeds are 100% germination though and pretty stable in terms of them all looking the same.
