It's bag seed, I assumed it was an indica, but 9 weeks into flowering now, all my trichs are clear. I'm hoping that means it's going to be some super potent sativa. Anyway, I'm wondering what all first-time growers wonder... when the hell is she going to be ready!?!? Unfortunately, I have no way of taking pics through my microscope, but here are a few full-size.
You can see where I've used pipe-cleaners to hold up the branches. The bigger ones were starting to break and flop under their own weight, and there's some minor heat damage on the tips of some of the leaves. I'm getting impatient, but holding out.
It's hard to tell scale in these pics, but this bud, and 11 others like it, are about the size of my fist.
If you can't tell anything because of the color in these pics, I'll get up early and take some right after the light goes off.
They're under a 400w hps, in an eb and flow system, using GH's 3-part formula. I started flushing with straight water 2 weeks ago, assuming it was getting near the end. Still seems to be healthy and growing, just not turning color. Should I go back to using nutes, or stick with water? Other than knowing the strain, and watching the trich color, is there any other way to tell how much longer I have to go?
