Vortex pheno slow to show sex?

I have a Vortex baby that's refusing to show it's sex in veg. All the others showed over a week ago, but this one refuses to... I'm fairly confident it's a female simply based on experience, but not sure if it's something special that I should keep around.

Here's the thing... I am limited to 6 flowering plants, and I already have 6 confirmed females. To make it even more tricky, the plants are getting mainlined, so the repeated topping is likely minimizing the chances of that plant showing me a preflower, AND they are due to be up-potted to 10-gal (I only have enough soil prepped for 6 plants)...

So... Do I toss a confirmed fem and gamble on the mystery plant, or play it safe?

It's "shit-or-get-off-the-pot" time... What would you do?

This things is gonna get chopped in a few hours unless someone sways me into keeping it...

I've got the same thing going on with a vortex. But I got 4 males and one that might be a female. I would go with what is solid and you know... (if it were me) but they say that the late showers can be gems... But for me, you snooze you loose.

Ya, I'm just gonna axe it. Better safe than sorry.

Not telling you to break the law, I'm suggesting that you learn more about your privacy rights, and the laws that pertain to that in your state.

Simply, is there enough evidence against you or your property to secure a warrant? If no, then grow.

Peace of mind goes a long way for me...I understand privacy rights, but I also understand there are MANY unforeseeable situations that could arise. Like at my precious place, when I came home to a robbery in progress and had to call the cops and ASK them to enter and search my house. Lucky for me, I was within my plant limits, and the police officers were very friendly.

I have already axed the 7th youngster.
