Vipar V300 IR LED Herijuana & Purple Kush grow

Hi everyone. After noticing some further slight light bleaching on the top most part of the plant I decided I couldnt leave things as they are. So what I have done now is to directly attach my LED to the top of my growbox, the highest point it can go and I am happy to say this seems to have done the trick.
I notice also the plants seem to love the light at this height as they have really perked up and getting bushier daily. At the risk of repeating myself I have to say again how impressed I am with the intensity of these lights. Before I had to raise them they were already like 2.5 feet above the canopy and the plants were still getting light stress !! The lights are now over 3 feet above the canopy and they love it :

Just to quickly touch on another topic, I have been lurking around this website for years but this will be the first grow diary that I am posting, and to be quite honest there have been days I have wondered if this was such a good idea.
Is it only me or are there other people who also get paranoid about posting on here ? I mean, lets face it you never know who might be reading these journals.

No worries the various cannabis forums are for hobbyists and not for commercial grow operations. I have never heard of anyone getting busted for posting pictures on a public forum.

Thanks Green Santa, its something that has crossed my mind more than once. Anyway has anyone here ever grown herijuana ? They interest me as both plants seem to have almost like a secondary main stem growing from the main stem, something I havent seen before.

Yeah the feds aren't going to care about your four plant grow..........your good, worry more about the people in your life === tell/show NO one!

I tried growing Herijuana before the seed stock was old and none of them germinated. The seeds were really thick and I should have scarified them.

Greetings all ! Its now day 12 of flower and still looking good. I think if they continue developing like this I might be pleasantly surprised . The two in the back are really towering now, hope they dont overshadow the two front ones.

My LED is now fixed directly to the roof of my growbox, about over 3 feet above the canopy as I cant raise it any more than that. But they seem to like it at that height. My only problem would be if they again start growing towards the light then I might have to start bending them over to avoid problems of light stress but I will see how it goes.
PS. My grow area is only 2ft x 2ft so the 300w LED is quite intense in that area, but if you have a bigger grow area maybe you wont have that problem.

3 ft is a bit fare away, depending on the Watt of your LEDs and lenses of course, but its more like 20 inch`s, specially in flowering, need strong light (high Umol level) to form big dense Bud`s, so I wouldn't worry about hight if they stopped the stretch, you might even want to bring the light down a bit instead, my 3W with single lenses do best at 15" and my 3W with double lenses need to be at 20" as they bleach the top`s at 15" you want to hit +800 Umol +1100 is better at the top`s, at 3ft even with 5W LEDs and double lenses I don't believe you hit more then maybe half of that

Day 14 of flower and Im not sure but I think I already see pistils forming. If that is the case then this will be the fastest I will ever have seen pistils forming in flowering, normally I dont see pistils till well into the 3rd week at the earliest. Dont know if its to do with the LEDs or if its just these particular strains.

Hi everybody. Not too much to update and I didnt want to bore the pants off you guys by posting pics every two days, although you can actually see the difference just two days makes in their growth.
Its now day 17 of flower. I just love the smell of growing cannabis and my whole cabinet simply reeks of the stuff now. Good thing Ive got a tub of ONA gel open in the room. Its a jungle in there now which makes watering them interesting since I cant even see the damn pots.






Now if you will all excuse me, I gotta go blaze some BLZ Bud.

Im pretty sure vipar also have branches in the states. If you type the name into google Im pretty sure you should be able to find a local outlet.

Search ebay.com instead of ebay.co.uk and you'll see them for sale from the US with free shipping.
I bought two 300w reflector panels last week and it only took them 3 days to arrive.
