Well.....Roger invited me on his show, Chopper asked us both to come back and do it again next week. wow. Then I found out he didn't listen to the show:evil:

bongsmilieOk, I guess if you put old men on the radio:eyesmoke: you wouldn't have to listen to know how it went, especially if they ran over twenty minutes, we were having fun. Roger was called a lesbo and a fagg, at least we know someone was listening.
There is a cbox feature at this radio station, log in and you can post, runs kinda like a chat room, I would like too see a few names I would recognize there. VV:blsmoke:

Hey Roseman, same here. Since about January we have been concentrating on implementing our new Medical Marijuana Law. Part of the problem with that has been the board of the group. They have been busy listening to folks from California that want to open 'co-ops' here, I am not fond of that idea.
They lost their focus which was supposed to be to help patients and the result is that patients and caregivers have been getting arrested, and their equipment and money taken, their lives torn apart, business as usual.
They decided I don't know enough to teach anyone how to grow, said I never presented a lesson plan, I told them you just follow a journal, its not rocket science, you plant a seed and watch it grow, takes at least 12 weeks before you harvest it. If you have a class every week for 12 weeks, that is affordable for average folks like me, then you will have a lot of participation. Instead they spent their time bringing Oaksterdam here a few times a year, $200.00 and you have to buy the book, for a seminar. Our classes cost a total of $125.00, $15.00 registration which covers the first class, and then $10.00 a week as you attend class. Many of our patients can not afford a car, let alone a trip to Ann Arbor.
The way I see it, rollitup is one of the best forums for learning from others, the only think missing is the 'hands on' with an experienced grower. Under our Law I can legally possess marijuana plants. When I am ready to take clones, I stick that mother in the car, take it to the class room, show how to take a clone and place it....... then hand the student the blade. Only one student lost the clone, pretty good success rate for someone that didn't submit a lesson plan.
That class includes planting germinated seeds. One of our growers brought a male and female plant, same strain, just to show them, talk about a good picture and you know how we like pictures.
I remain totally convinced this is the right way to do this with the Law we passed, the problem for the MMMA is that their meeting are open to the public, they can not legally do this type of class at those meetings.
Our group, the Jackson County Compassionate Care Club, will be starting to work with the master growers in our group, we need more people holding classes to try and fit with patients schedules, I would like to see classes being held four days a week.
It really isn't about the growing though, it is about growing the medical marijuana community. See, other than the boards, and our local hydro shops, we don't normally talk about growing much, never know who is listening. For our classes you must be a qualifying patient or a registered caregiver, it is not a public meeting. Somehow the advice you are giving has a little more meaning if the students can taste what you produce, not sure why?:blsmoke:
We pay our instructors weakly, and I do mean weakly, they might get enough to pay for their gas, pay for their materials and buy lunch. Their is no better feeling then seeing someone you have shown what to do succeed, I don't think its about money. Its about getting Medical Marijuana to patients for the least possible cost and that is for them to grow their own. What we provide is a place to discuss what they are doing, openly face to face and pain free. VV:eyesmoke:

I have a friend in Ann Arbor, Martin Wiggett, that opened 5 new Hydro Shops this month alone. He has me writing a GROW CD Tutorial that he is going to market from his site stealthhydro.com

I'm proud for you, putting back, giving back. I am sure you'll be blessed for your efforts too.

Tell him VV said that is a great idea, it will not build our community the way that having the Roseman in front of you in person would. Many of our members do business with him. never heard anything negative about him or his operation. VV

We did our third radio show on Monday, I finally have a recording of one show so I can find out what I actually said. Chopper asked us to do another show on Thursday night from 6:00 to 8:00, Roger has the JC3 meetings on Thursdays which would put me on by myself for 2 hours, that is a little scary, ok that is a lot scary, I would need lots of help. The show is titled "Straight Up". We discuss it all. VV

yea its crazy how how the laws in michigan are,yea its legal with a card, but if police find your stuff there taking it,it was on the news the other day, hopefully this state eventually gets everything straightened out because it seems no one know whats going on,i dont even want to waste my time getting a card, they are pretty much useless in my eyes,it just so confusing,i just want to smoke a joint when my back is killing me,i dont want to pop pills its not my thing, pills kill ,weed heals an it would definitely boost our economy ,which we really need.

I have copies, lmfao. I listen to them in the car, still answer the phone. On the serious side, I think we pretty well cover it all, we just have fun doing it, we know each others 'hot buttons'.

Its time to take the gloves off, we have the law and the economy on our side, there isn't any reason we can't stop the Search Warrants from ever being issued, that is what all of the mucky mucks are missing. It is not illegal for me to grow marijuana in Michigan.
The MMMA is sending the wrong message, the director of media relations says "They're Scared" Wtf kind of a statement is that. Explain the problem, police, prosecutors and judges are having trouble understanding that it is no longer a "Crime" because someone is growing Marijuana in Michigan and the taxpayer's are tired of paying for prosecution of people that have a recommendation from their Doctor's to use Marijuana for medical purposes, 63% of voters approved this law. It is really to bad they don't institute a policy of 'Knock and Talk', that would have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for the taxpayers. Michigan has a 3 billion dollar deficit, and they spend three months investigating a "Marijuana Grow Operation" within spitting distance of a State Police Post, they say they know who lives their, did the ever talk to him? Does this make sense to you, (Reporters name)

Don't forget to slick your hair back and polish your shoes.

Old hippies should not own suits.
