Ventilation purely for CO2 levels would be very minimal. It's the heat that will determine how large the ventilation system needs to be. Know that when ambient numbers change (intake temp or RH% going up) it will impact the performance of the system.

With one QB96 from each tent you will need to split the driver output to each tent to wire the boards.

Do you know what the distance between driver and boards will be? Will both boards be an approximately equal distance from the driver? You may want to use larger gauge wire (for the longer DC runs of wire) than the 18 gauge solid core you are probably going to use for the board connections. If you haven't already considered it, stranded wire will provide more flexibility than solid core wire, which can be especially useful for the longer DC runs.

Actually, I'm going to have it set up modularly, wiring extension cords to most of the setup, everything will be able to be unplugged and moved around separately.
Tbone Shuffle on GC had his pair of QB96 on an HLG-320H-54A wired like that.

For the 3rd QB96 in each tent are you planning on running one extension cord to each tent from the driver and putting female and male plug ends on the end of the cords and wires coming out of the boards respectively? Regarding polarity with the plug ends, I would label them somehow or make sure to record which socket is + and which is - and which prongs are + and which are -. How will you wire the driver output, one conductor from each cord (your positive wires) with driver V+ in one wago connector and one conductor from each cord (your negative wires) with driver V- in another connector?
