Vegging 24 on 0 off?

Just curious if you can veg with 24 on 0 off? I think I remember reading that somewhere, but when I try to search for "24 hours on" it says it has to be a certain length etc etc. Anyways I'd love to consolidate my moms/clones to one room but wanna read up on the effects of 24/0 when in veg?

On thing I think I remember is that root growth primarily happens during dark periods. Will this slow me down too much? Any other downsides/upsides?

24/0 IS PERFECT. check out the link in my sig.
it's my journal , there are pics of my clones and mother area both under 24hr light.:mrgreen:

yeah i have 80% veg my plants 24/0, and then i got many grows whit 20/4 but now im 18/6 because lowryders are recommended 18/6

so 24/0 cycle is fastest way to grow a plant.
yeah root grow mainly happens at night time.. so there is no problem because you changes 12/12 cycle then it grows root's fast, it will grow root's under 24/0 but not fast

so there is no problem to use 24/0 or 20/4 or 19/5 or 18/6 but no lower!!

Made sense to me too and I am high, lol.bongsmilie
I veg new clones and seedling under flouros on 24. Once they are rooted nicely and ready to transplant, I move them under a larger light on 18/6 for a few weeks before going 12/12. Just my way. There are many ways, just find the best one that seems to work for you. :mrgreen::peace:
