Winterizing won't remove the ethyl mercaptans.

I use vector and I love it. I just picked up 24 cans of 5x power So I am going to give it a try and I will let you guys know how it turns out.

I've used power5x for a few years now, stuff works really good. The wax usually ends up keeping the original smell of the trimmings.

my wax always reeks of the original stuff it came from

I always use vector and have a very hard time telling if i taste or smell anything "funky" after i get my finished winterized product. Especially once it waxes up and becomes crumble it just smells wonderful.

I made the mistake of using scented butane once a few years ago, let me tell you friend big mistake. Was the one time my wax didn't smell anything like the OG i ran through it.
