Vaporizer users

I just recently started using a vaporizer that i borrowed from a friend. After 2 days of using it I am in love! I ordered one for myself already!

My question is for people here that use them on a regular basis... can I vape fresh harvested plants before drying them?

has anyone ever tried putting small bits of fruit or other herbs in with the MJ to change taste?

I'm already hooked for life on the vape!!!

cause my extreme came with a bag i was doing two at a time till my wife told me it is a oven stuffer roaster bag for chickens and i should get one for turkeys well now just one big bag instead of two little ones

the borrowed one doesn't use bags but the one I ordered has a bag inflator.I plan to use the bag most of the time. That is an awesome tip!! I have read reviews about vapor bags and people say the cheap ones have a very strong plastic taste to them.... ya know even the cheapest oven roaster bag has no smell or taste to it whatsoever! Thanks again!!

I bought an easy vape V2 for $130.00 it comes with a grinder,an extra glass whip, and some extra screens. I was gonna buy a new bong and tried this instead. I'm glad i did! a new bong would have cost that much anyway.....

We have a vape (non bag type) and its ok. I enjoy the more harshness and flavor from smoke, it it works.
In fact it sneaks up on ya. I was toking away on my tube for awhile, not really getting the mouth sensation I get from smoke...But after awhile I realized I was pretty messed up. To me, it sneaks up on me.

Dirty i agree is ver mild comp to pipe just vapors no burning leaves and such

Congrats with your choice on starting to vaporize and save your lungs some more years ;O))
Yes - as stated above you can easily use freshly harvested weed in the vaporizer - try mixing it up with fresh peppermint leaves (all ground up of course)

But the better weed you use the better it will be. When using cured weed your first 2-3 balloons have most of the THC - when using wet weed you can go a bit further. Don't stuff the vaporizer too much - just use a little to make it more efficient.

Go for mixing other herbs into the vaporizer!!! it is killer. Try lavender (good for sleep and relax), Mullein (good for ease of breath but almost no taste). Google it - you can use lots of herbs in the vaporizer. My favorite though is the peppermint - just awsome taste to me. I know it's a little blasfemic and i only mix it in every now and then because i off course looove the taste of my Jack Herer (and other strains) very much. Peppermint just gives a candy taste that most people like - hot & cold feeling - great!

i use dabuddah vaporizer and its kickass. Almost indestructable excluding glass parts... but they are not that easy to brake // If u wanna expand your vaporizing experience try to attach huge water bong with 1/6 cold water .i use huge glass tube ,one hose goes underwater and in the vapebowl another i put on top piercen a hole in the cap. Try wild dagga,blue lotus,salvia divinorum leaves, catnip,sunopener.My favourite is to vape honey oil(butane extract) or hash .. u can puff forever !!!

dont forget to save the duff, the stuff after you vaped, you can use that to cook with.

Yeah, but i think it's quite impotent after i'm done with it in vaporizer. Might want to only make two balloons and discard to later use in edibles. I tried making budder with this only and definitely takes a lot to get it potent. But i agree that you might as well get the very last out of it too ;O))

i make ballons untill i dont see them greay anymore just clear then i discard no use for it cooked out dry and lifeless all oil stiped by heat and fan it also runs up bowl to get away from heat bowl will be sticky like when you used to smoke coke member

I use a Silver Surfer Vaporizer, its the best whip style vape.

Right now iam hitting on some Hash from my outdoor sativa and it has a strong minty flavor.

I still have mixed feelings about my vap. I dont feel it in my body, its very heady and I either have too much or I have not enough. Its hard to tell.

You need to play around with the temps. Higher temps will give more taste but also increases the chance of smoke over vapor. I had mine ignite from too high a temp.
The wife loves it for pain. It is more heady to her. Same stuff smoked, knocks her on her ass.

Ive been doing it at 400f. What would you suggest for me?

some really great advice here guys!! I'm gonna try the peppermint thing.. since i already love peppermint patties when i smoke, maybe this will be the extra dimension i was missing all along..haha. I can't wait to try the balloon. So far i have been keeping the temperature around 165-170F. it leaves the duff all yellow and dry and I don't really get the burnt color. I guess it takes a little adjusting depending on how you draw from the wip, each person seems to need a different setting. this is why i am so stoked for the balloon... one setting perfect every time.

what temperatures are you guys using for the whip/balloon?

I have mine at 195-200

I have an Arizer Extreme, two bags and a whip. sitting next to me while I work on the 'puter.

Each vaporizer and individual is different. For us it seems to work the best a 352. That make the vapor more visible with more taste.
I know for a fact over 420 the bowl will ignite a cherry.
I would shoot for the lowest temp that you can see vapor and then experiment from there for higher temps.
Remember, your not getting all the other chemicals you would get when smoking just mostly THC.
Vapes are not as strong as smoking, but your stuff goes a long way in a vape so you hit it more to eventually get where you want to be and it is easier on the lungs...that said, there are people who vapes just don't do the trick.
