In the interest of fairness I'll keep this updated as I get updates. He did receive an email last night. Still no RMA to send it back. I will update as I'm Informed. BTW, I literally had to walk uphill both to and from school. Now the walking was my fault as the bus driver and I weren't friends . I grew up in the sticks in the valley. LOL
Where were you going after school that was uphill?

I was trying to make logical sense of that, too. I imagine both the school and his home were on different hills, with more of a valley between them. So he had to go downhill then uphill to get to both places

It took me a couple of tries to master apple OS.
