using collodial silver to force male traits(for feminised seeds)

ive just recently got my hands on some collodial silver that i was planing to use on my females that are currently flowering. i was wondering has anyone tried this method before ?,, do you spray straight collodial silver on to the selected bud sites or are you suppose to dilute it in water then spray that ?... is theyre a certain water/cs ratio or something ?... any output on the subject is welcomed.. any insights?...

wellls here goes nothing...ive started my first dosage of a mix of collodial silver n water..still looks darkish tho...i sprayed it on a few of the lower bud sites in hopes tha in weeks they'll turn hermie...im plannin to spray a lil everydayy to see the outcome...any sugestions ?,, from experience or not.., its all welcome...

i did see that you mentioned females(plural)
using colloidal silver will render a plant useless for smoking
you don't want smoke silver impregnated bud, not sure if this was known

Interested in knowing the answer to this as well. I have some collodial silver that I want to use on a female autoflower... but I read somewhere to dilute it with water.

I tried collodial silver once, it didn't do anything. I Hope you have better luck. I've read that aspirin works to create feminized pollen, but i haven't tried this.

there are a number of threads on this topic, i've read them, but recall the exact numbers
colloidal(which is really ionic) silver is measure in ppm
most of what you buy at a drug store is too weak to work
i sem to recall 100 ppm is the sweet spot, but that's just from memory, may not be exact
most that use this technique create the silver solution themselves
takes a small DC power supply, and some pure silver
a 0.999 pure coin would provide enough material to last the rest of your breeding career

wait..so ive sprayyed straight cs todayy, no signs of a hermie just yet..btw,, tha cs im using sed that it was 500ppm,, is that good enough to even do anything ?...

500 ppm sounds quite strong, but thats just to the best of my memory

i'm not that expert on it, just have read because i plan on trying it
not sure what a too potent mix would do, most problems seem to be from too weak CS which won't do much
you could have 500 ppm CS, but my guess it's not that high
