US orders from Nirvana seeds

Hey everyone,

just throwing you all some information for all you in the us.I ordered some seeds from Nirvana about 2 months ago. about 3 weeks in I figured w/e cut my losses and forgot about it. just got a package in today and was like wow that was slow, but i actually got a package.....i opened it up and it had a note from the Homeland security saying they seized it. I will note though for the nervous ones.

" SCHEDULE I OR II CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
(Marijuana,Hashish, Cocaine, Heroin, GHB Ecstacy, Khat, LSD, etc)

If the item(s) seized are controlled substances in Schedule I or II of title 21, U.S. code section 812,No further correspondence will be issued To you. The items are considered contraband and are immediately forfeited to the United States (21 USC 881 (f) and 19 CFR 162.45a). "

Pretty much, a slap on the wrist if that at all......on the lighter sides of things.....2 months? Damn the U.S customs are slow.

I had the same result, kinda sucks when in reality you kind of just said here Nirvana, have some money....


....that'll be all.

Sorry to hear that! I've ordered from Nirvana many times, large orders and small, and never had a problem. I guess it's just random chance.

got my jock horrors from nirvana in about a week and ahalf, but the seeds i got were smaller than all the other bag seeds i've ever seen, and the plant seems to be on the small side, could just be the way i grew them but the size of the seeds worried me a bit, i'll order through attitude next time.

As soon as a bank offers 100% seed delivery they'll become millionaires.
I know you can order Absinthe which is still illegal in the US with the thurjone content of certain countries and they offer 100% to your door guarantee.
If they can do it so can a seed bank.

yea it pretty random chance as far as i can tell. Yea its a slap on the wrist but i wouldn't push it i'm sure they track the info. You get "caught" a couple times i'm sure it will send up some red flags....

with absinthe you get a card giving you the option of having it returned to sender or the option of having it destroyed. That is how they can do the 100% delivery. If it dosnt get through the USPS they ship through a private courier.......unlike with seeds and other related contraband just gets destroyed.
