Just got an order I placed on the 5th of Sept and it was green taped and seized, hopefully they can fix this as I got stealth guaranteed shipping. I also have another order placed a couple days before that I havn't recieved yet, says processed through ics la and that it. Think they got that order also. I'm sure the tude will fix this, good luck to everyone else and hope you all get your gear.
I placed an order on the 9th and still no beans or even green tape. Notta. Guess it's my first snag ever. I contacted the tude and they said the mail was slow lately. Hmmm...

Better than saying "Oops, sorry bro...I was too wasted and forgot..." lol

Out of curiosity and ignorance of the US legal system in this regard, what power do customs have to confiscate someones seeds if they were in unmarked bags? Does the recipient have the ability to demand that customs prove that it is contraband, or can customs simply seize something permanently, on nothing but the assumption that it is contraband?

It's a living organism. Your not allowed to import those unless the company has gone to great lengths to make sure they are sterile and pest free.

So even if they don't know they are MJ seeds they could just destroy em anyway cause they could be some invasive species or whatever. They just want their cut basically on anything comin in

Immigration and customs officials have pretty broad authority. I live near Detroit, and we have the busiest border crossing in North America. Due to the nature of their job, they do not need probable cause to search you, or your vehicle and can seize pretty much anything they want and deny you entry for any reason. I would imagine the agents sorting international mail have similar carte blanche to do pretty much whatever the hell they want.

I didn't get a guarantee so I'm assuming it's my loss and the tude won't ship again. The package is already in the dumpster cause I was pretty upset that my Bodhi Cherry Mountains got snagged

US West Coast, just got an Attitude order using the stealth ship option. Took ten days, all good. I used the wallet and it worked.
Not me! I just got my package and it was empty with green tape... except for the t-shirt. I've never had an issue here (NV). Been ordering for over 5 years and never an issue. Oh well, fuck! I took pix and sent it to Laura at the tude. Told her not to resend with a t-shirt but use the billfold option. Thanks for that info!!

Got my beans yesterday!! They were taken in Chicago twice and I asked them to ship using some other form of stealth (which they did). So Attitude did everything they could do to get my order to me, shipped it three times, and changed the stealth. Props to them

I been hearing the wallet option is the way to go,thx for sharin that.
I always use the tin and before that the DVD case when that was still an option. Never had a problem. I feel like the smaller, lighter packages like the tin or the wallet face less scrutiny and are the way to go. I could be wrong on this, but I am pretty sure when you do the tin or wallet or nothing at all, it is small enough to still be classified as an international letter rather than a package.

I couldn't resist the promo this month and put an order in today. Guess we will see how it goes. Mine have always come in through New York, not Chicago where it seems like people are having the most problems.

So over the last month I've noticed that less than 50% of the people I know and 0% of myself have gotten their orders through from attitude despite multiple attempts...Maybe it's just a random patch of terrible luck for myself and those around me, but I am definitely out a few hundred dollars in my attempts to get some GageGreen Mendo Montage F2's...pretty whack, and I guarantee they won't warn anyone about it so gamble at your own risk. My last two packs didn't even have seizure letters, just customs approval for the tshirt with no beans in sight. This is in no way an attack on Attitude as everyone seems to have perceived...just more of a heads up about doing the same old song and dance, maybe Ill skip the breeders pack next time around and see if that makes a difference.
Same thing happened to me, customs cleared them on 8/25 or, no green tape, no note, no seeds, just t-shirt. Attitude then closed down, but before they did, I got approval to reship to a different address. When they reopened, they seemed a bit confused, but they did follow up on my emails within a day of reopening. They reshipped them 3 days ago.

I never order from the Dam, as those have always been "hot mail" coming into the USA, UK WAS safer. Always drooling over Sannie's stuff, though. Been doing this about 5 years, but never seen anything like this, and never had an order seized, til now. X Ray is good, but hey, c'mon, they aren't catching 5 packs of seeds with X ray or sniffer gear. How hard is it to flag however many return addresses Attitude uses? They've got to enter something to send overseas. Look, Attitude's always been straight up with me, and even resent for free when an order was lost. But the Feds are onto them, which goes with being the Big Dog on the block, I knew if they were good, they'd get flagged eventually. Bingo. It's not their fault, but I'm done with them til they nip this in the bud.

they need to clear orders and close the doors. reopen with new address. They are good but customs have been doing this shit for a lot longer, they know what the hell they are doing. back in the steroid world we had the same problems with the big dogs.

Definetly not just Attitude, I got the green tape yesterday. Tiny 5 seed test order from Herbies got seized in Los Angeles, CA. Stealth Guaranteed shipping and all.
