UPDATE : frozen plants PICS

So its been about 10 days since the seed entered the pot , 6 days of it being frozen.. and no tremendous growth

Heres some pics of my retarded baby

I started to notice the 2 outer leaves are yellowing

But on a lighter note I believe they are starting to grow another set of leaves

frozen...why/how...? are you getting enough light from that window to grow it?

when i say frozen I mean no real growth , and no Im not getting light from the window Im using CFL bulbs.

10 days isnt that long. put light lower, humidty up maybe

lights arent the problem , and the humidity should be fine I haven't actually tested it yet tho .

some plants grow slow at first then watch out they take off. i have a Blue Mystic right now that is 10 dayz old n it is growin slow as fuck. but no worries cuz i know it'll take off soon. why do you say that plant looks retarded, looks fine to me??

If it is slow growing and stunted AND you are providing good conditions for the plant I would dump it. A slow growing pheno is a waste of time.

haha the box is kinda ghetto , peep all the duct tape =p

but im giving my plant ideal conditions , figures my luck my guy is growing really slow for no reason its a bagseed that might be why I guess

I guess ima just try to hang in there intil I buy some legit seeds online this friday (tomrw)

then when i get them ill kill my plant if no growth poor fellow

Also now that Im looking at the stem its a lil purplish which you can see in the pics , in some threads I read thats not good what does that mean?

I can't see the set up clearly, but your lights should be damn close to that seedling, like 1-2 inches away. How many watts you have for that one plant?

If you're running anything less than 100 real watts of CFL, you should expect very very slow progress in the earliest stages of growth. Don't worry about purple stems, that can mean a phosphorous deficiency later on but its common in seedlings.

I have 8 outlets for my bulbs

I have 2 68w 2700k , 6 27w 6500k

Im currently only using 4 27w 6500K and there about 1-2 inch away from plant

Bet you can use just 1 68wjust above it

idk for some reason my plants r growing slow so i turned off the 68w and like 2 27 65k maybe to much heat idk an

Water it. It looks like you are only lightly watering the center near the stem, which leaves areas dry. The roots won't grow into dry soil, so your plant is probly stalled because all the soil around the roots is dry.

I just watered around the stem so hopefully what you said works . the 2 leaves are getting more yellow as in the pics

And as for them turning yellow, ouch, sorry dude. What kind of soil is it? And you especially wanna make sure your getting all the soil moist, not just near the stem. How hot is it in the box?

The box temp is about 80-85, Im using scotts soil I heard it was the best soil from homedepot for weed lol
you think its from light burn?

Hmm idk. If its a heat and light burn, itd turn straight yellow and crispy. I actually have no idea other thank watering. Ask riddleme on NooB Advise, he'd probably have a better idea. Sorry I can't help out here
