Actually we have a discount ($75) clinic in Grayling every two weeks for those that can't afford the regular price (Dec 5 and 19 are the next one), I give up my fee and pretty much just pay expenses to make sure no one that needs one doesn't have access to a certification. We do, as we do at all our clinics, require medical records. And of course, the patients will actually meet the doctor rather than fill out the forms and have them mailed to them a la HydroWorld. That isn't a holiday deal, folks need certs all year long, so we do it all year long and have for years. Our holiday special is bring three you're free at our regular clinics.
Our clinics fully comply with the medical board standards, free follow up, and expert witness fees are covered in the cost of all our certs, including the Grayling $75 ones. More importantly, we are a professional, physician run, standards based clinic and the value of that comes in to play when you are sitting at a defense table and we are the only thing between you and a cell. My patients have always gone home if they found themselves in that situation. All our patients are backed by me and a practice that is viewed with statewide respect, both in government and the courts.
So in short, the answer is yes Bloody, we do look out for patients and take in to account those that are financially challenged. And we give them the best certification they can get in N. Michigan.
