Uneven Growth ! W/ Pics

I bought these two ladies as clones from my local & friendly weed store 9 days ago. They have both grown but my la og plant is growing twice as fast (or more) as my pre 98 bubba plant. Is this a concern or is it just a difference in strains. I angled my light to be closer to my pre 98 plant to help it get some extra sun

ANy other suggestion or input would be amazing

Just plant personality Im sure. The closer light should help,just dont put it to close.

Clones have to root well before good growth, so its probably just taking a little longer for one
