That's a fungus gnat and a few are not going to cause your plants to be yellow and stunted unless you have a very serious infestation to the point those yellow sticky traps would be completely covered. They're more of a nuisance than anything. Something else is stunting your plants.

Thank you I appreciate it. Relieved it's just fungus knats. Running a new strain and new system so I am still working some things out.
You may. Well I had to take a long break from growing and life gets in the way when you have a family so I don't have a ton of time to hang out on message boards

I know, poor person probably has a human life, with human friends, and no time to make 10,000+ posts on marijuana grow forum.
he genuinely did make me feel bad though I started thinking. "Damn these guys have helped me so much and what have I really done. " then my wife says you should tell them they don't want your help and post a pic of your plants. "

RA’s usually have two ‘tail pipes’ at the end of their body and are more squat/rounded than the skinny longer fungus gnat..RA’s wings are also a little more elevated if that makes sense

Yes you can use mosquito dunks in your RDWC.
just monitor plants and any negative side effects flush and change the system.
