It's impossible for him to stay out of jail if the letter of the law is followed.
He will face felony charges in both NY & DC, which in New York he MIGHT have it reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor, which would be some jail time

When I find out where they incarcerate him (does he still get Secret Service?) I'm mailing him a case of this & I'm totally fucking serious,

Lol, I can't make good joke arguments, it's too early. I did give my plants dresses once, heavy defol up top but left it a solid layer of leaves towards the middle/bottom. Didn't want to waste light.
