Trimming tips

After chopping my plants, I like to hang them upside down, then I snip a branch off and begin cutting off the big fan leaves with a sharp pair of Fiskers scissors. In the past I'd continue snipping, but lately I've just been pulling the smaller sugar leaves off by hand. It gives a rougher and less even. Look, but it's also a lot faster and puts more of the hash on my finger tips then on the scissors. After I've pulled as much leaves as I can I go back with the scissors to even out the bud. I then place the branch on a dry rack and I start over by cutting a new branch.

After a while my fingers will turn black from all the hash. When that happens I like to take a short break to rub the hash off and roll it in a ball for later.

So that's how I do it. Don't know if it's the best way but it works for me. I'd love to hear how you trim along with any tips you'd like to share.

I just cut it at the base, cut off fan leaves, hook a large fishing hook into the base, tie to some braid line to it and hang it as a whole with a fan under it. sometimes if a plant is too big id just do it the traditional way on a line. i wear gloves 4 the finger hash, put in freezer when done an flake it off! :bigjoint:
