Not sure haven't cut and hung her yet as something come up this holiday weekend. She's more than 5 ft tall probably 6 to 7 ft
It looks like you can probably give them longer. But you do whats best for you. You should of cut half a branch off to see how it comes out. Or cut the ones that look most ripe and leave the rest abit longer. Maybe drop your light on hours more and start letting it dry out longer in the root zone, see if you can stress it to start pushing more resin out and get it to start rippening. Should be a interesting smoke report on this one, one im egar to hear from you. Thanks for keeping us updated.

Seems like an awful long time to spend growing something for a few tokes....

Idc what anyone else says, i wants BUDS. Not singular bracts per node.

I know its a sativa but damn, id either hash it or iso wash it and make a couple grams of concentrate.

For sure, some sativas are like that, 100% agree. i just wouldnt be caught dead with that in my garden. I smoke wayyyyy to much for a plant to yield like that. And im not talking a couple joints a day, im talking a half oz or more a day so i need both yield AND quality. Which that plant is definitely lacking in quantity lol.

Only if your 'quality' is measured in compact tight flowering patterns. Most people who decide to grow landrace (or close) varieties know what they're getting into when they do it. And lots of people chose to do it multiple times, so obviously some people are measuring the desirability different than yourself.

If you got the climate granted those type of things they really shine outdoors but when your far north like some of us its the only way you can get this sort of smoke aint like its on the market for sale are all hype stuff and fast finishers these days ime so if you want proper sativa stash you gotta grow your own

Some of us are different. Had a plant that started late got the size of a tomato cage. Didn't get much but was some of the most enjoyable smoke I had. Saved the last for this New Years eve. But I believe that the variety of smoke is better than a giant quantity of one type.

Me being one of them.... Definitely no time or money to waste 3 or 4 months growing a couple jibbers worth of buds..
Electricity rates here are WAY to high for that. My bill is almost 500 a month already as it is running a 3x3 and 4x4 so yeah. No time for a plant like that and my outdoor season isnt even good enough to grow autos out there so a sativa is not an option either.

That is way expensive for power… where are you at? In NNY , I’m paying 250 for full house power running 2 4x4 tents and a 2x2 veg cab. All LED. At 100% lights it’s using 1180 watts. Grow lights only, not including extraction and air moving fans…

Upstate NY.
19 almost 20 cents a kWh x 2500+ kwh a month.
Fuck national grid. God damn rapists.

But, my brother in Cali is paying 63 cents a kWh so can i really bitch? No...
Nice, I’m NE of Syracuse … wouldn’t national greed be considered a regional monopoly? Which in essence, is illegal? But yeah, wouldn’t wanna pay Cali prices… for anything!

Agree I'm upstate NY and National Grid and run a 3x5. My grow including 675w of lights, 5 fans & heater adds less than 100$ a month to my bill. I top off ~270$ per month with a 2400 square foot house.

Man, I dunno how many times I picked the princess pheno thinking it will be the best. Yet that weird ugly looking flowered phenotype off to the side with that weird trait turned out to be the best example of the bunch. Wispy flowers can potentially have more thc coverage per calyx than tight flower.
Im with ya, quality over quantity for me. But I can grow outside so Im fortunate. Im running some Mel Frank S1 Durbans outdoors this year myself.
I love that old skool Durban with the anise flavor and a ripping 3hr high that has you questioning your life's choices. Late 80's early 90s stuff from A-Dam.
