Lol. You out in chilliwack? Lots of fish being hooked in the last few days.
That's where I saw the one and where had a hit lol. I'm not really an expert at this and holy fuck does it get crowded. Picked a nice spot all to my self and before you know it there's 10 floats floating by, kinda fucking rude lol. Actually seen a guy in Alaska shoot a hole in a boat that was anchored in a pool and wouldn't drift out :(. Gonna head back there on Thursday and try again. I had a strike on a flor. Or. maribou jig. All I brought was spinning, just way to much shit to bring for fly :(. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as well :).

Yup, stopped fishing that river because of the gongshow. I fish to find some peace and serenity, doesn't happen on that river too often. Jigs are good, Black and red, or anything pink. Prawns and roe do well, as well as Colorado blades, hammered silver, and hammered brass. That's pretty much it, cover every little piece of water that could potentially hold some fish.

The trout won this battle lol. Next time I'll be a little better prepared :o. Time to head home to where it easier to catch a trout :). I can watch the indicator from my living room window and run out to reel in a lake trout or pike :). And soon I get to shoot carpies with my bow, now that's a blast :).
