Transfering Soiled clone into rockwool hydroponic resavuar.

I First bought a hydroponic system to grow.
I then got some clones from a friends, but he had them in soil.
The clones are in beer cups with holes in the bottom,
iv been watering twice a day with 18 hours of light (150 watt 9 inches above)
It is now the 2nd week since the plants started to sprout, and I am thinking I need to transfer them to my hydroponic system.
It has rockwool air-rocks and an air pump.

Will I be alright to transfer the soiled plants right into the hydroponic system, with the rockwool?

What are the positive and negative effects of this operation?

Thanks

Sure you can. It would be nice if the whole in the rock wool was the same size as the cups they are in now. Why are you watering twice a day? You must have good drainage or those plants would be dead by now.
When you go to transplant them it will probably be easier to hold the plant upside down in one hand a place the rockwool cube over the plant, then turn the whole thing over and place in your system. VV

im not using rockwool cubes, because I started with soiled clones which i got from a friend.
so i think the dirt will be able to get into the resuvuar no matter what.
