I super-crop my plants 1-2x a week, and lst them every other day inbetween. How often do you guys train your plants? Btw, I don't sog or scrog, however do a manual scrog with my lst/super-crop. (I have 30-50 main colas).

I would just like to know how many others out their manually scrog/sog their plants; Nets get in the way

I have a screen but haven't put it into place yet. Lst, topped (tops became clones) and super cropped. Used to doing outdoor and only used those methods outside, so carried on indoors too. I suppose we don't scrog if not actually using a screen though. Lol.

When LSTing do not tie down everyday as it will stunt growth. LST every 2-3 days to prevent this.
When supercropping i like to wait at least 1 week before supercropping the same branch again. Some strains hermie when they are supercropped to much because of too much stress so i like to keep stress to a minimum. For example if a plant is having a def, or some kind of problems i will only LST.

LST can also be stressful if done too much all at once. I am always making adjustments to a point. I'm in full flower now so stopped for this grow. I am doing a little debudding (popcorn). I generally won't make more than 3 supercrops to any plant in any one day and generall skip a couple of days before I return to that plant. I will LST as needed every day during veg.

One thing I like to bear in mind is goals. I like to define my goals and then if they are reached, I either set new goals or stop. I don't write anything down; I just think it's important to think about. This prevents me from just breaking branches and tying down willy-nilly.

Hahaha.. Reading this post I had to google what super cropping is, I was like "Whaaat?" Haha turns out thats the style I have always done and a little bit LST. I do it very early on to establish which shape i want the plant to take and there's no clear time interval for me, it depends on how fast the plant is growing. You just kinda get a feel for it when it needs to be done, after a while anyway.
