tote vs bucket?

I too veg in a small walk in closet in the spare rooms of my house and it got very hot in there best thing to do about that issue is try and scrounge up 150 bones get on craigslist and find a small portable AC .. I had to buy one.

I got my tent off fleabay for 120 bucks 4x4x6.5 andd it has one 4in intake port, two 6in intake ports, two 8in intake ports and three passive intakes, as well as a pocket to hold ph pens and whatnot.

Well damn the one on Amazon I bought was $86 now $159 but there is a 4x4x6 for $109 shipped

I have 2 Homebox tents......the XS - 2ft x 2ft x 4ft (veg) and the Small - 32" x 32" x 63"(bloom)
And I also have a Dark Room DR40 tent that's 16" x 16" x 48" for clones and moms

Wow that's really cheap! I would like a 220volt ac, try to save a little...
The water bottle didnt cut it, so I froze a gallon; that braught temps down to 65... good thing the weather has normalized so now I'm able to maintain 79 degrees in the closet, open door of course, that 1k shoots up to about 93 degrees with the door shut...

Yeah you are going to have mass problems with a 1000W HPS/MH without a strong exhaust fan or portable AC ( I use both) I had to shell out some dough to get a 8'' 675 CFM Max Fan to cool the 1000W HPS and that only brings it down to about 84. With the portable AC on I get it down to 75 degrees. It's barely getting cool where I live I mean yesterday it was like 92 degrees. Yeah dude check craigslist for a cheap portable AC if you buy one and it only has one exhaust I will show you how to use activated carbon and shove it inside the duct to keep danky smells away.

I have a big ass carbon filter in the corner of the closet( i didnt realize how big they were, lol), the filter is vented to the cool tube reflector on one side, the other side of the reflector vents to a 250cfm inline fan thats hooked up directly to a 6" hole I made at the highest point of the closet well that exhaust into the bedroom that it's in... thre's no bends in the ducting, it only has one slight curve from the filter to the cooltube... but the weather is cooperating, a small crack of the window, and the temps are at 80 at the canopy, and 75 degrees in the llowest part fo the area... which the girls are looking happy, so I'm happy!! lol

i've noticed that as long as the temps stay the way they are, the res temps dont get over the mid seventies... I want to do weekly rez changes, but if I have to do them alot sooner just to keep the girls happy, I'll do it!
This is my first grow btw, I have learned so much from the research I have done, I lost one plant due to stem rot, and I saved one plant that was really bad with stem rot, now it's doing great... The palnt I lost, I was able to take 10 clones from, I was able to get 90% successs with the clones and that was also my first time taking cuttings... Everything is going smooth, and the girls have been very forgiving...
