Too bushy... I don't know what's going on!!!

Thanks mate... First time... It's been slower than most grows I read about... That's been in veg for about 10 weeks and I'm going to go another 4.. just because of awkward timing around Christmas. so I decided to give it a big trim out so that I could do some LST work without getting confused. I accidentally half snapped a branch off so I have just taped it up for now to see if it will heal.. eek... It's growing so fast right now it won't even matter in a couple of weeks I expect it to be full again..

they will double in size when you switch to 12/12 bare in mind and get plenty.of airflow going,

3 xbarneys farm blue cheese
1 xbarneys farm.blueberry og kush
3 xbarneys farm gorilla skittlez
1 xbarneys farm cookies kush

600 watt hps
bio bizz coco organic
bio bizz nutes all organic
15 litre pots
plus. hope is 6.2
scrog plus super cropped under the net and defoliated 3 times I'm in 5th week of flower and can't stop perving on them soooo healthy.....3 plants stretched like crazy first 3 weeks of flower

that's slow grow bro 10 weeks veg? mime were that size after 3 or 4 weeks....I flipped on day 30 and there now nearly 3 ft from soil to top and I trained them in a net or they would be even taller

just looked at your pics again and it's not that bad it's quite big but what's your pot size saying? coz your gonna need a big arse pot for it to be in veg that long.and.grow a monster

25 litres at least....my.blueberry kush and cookies were just back up plants if I didno have a 100 percent germinating rate so I started themy two out in little tiny arse pots and and the 6 blue cheese and gorilla skittlez in 15 liters from seed. when I hit week 2 to 3 the backup plants in the tiny pots slowed massively and the other 6 kept growing rapidly as soon as I transplanted them into larger pots they caught back up within a week or two

Yo.. yeah it is slow.. I started it up during a really cold patch that lasted about 8 weeks and it was root bound in its early stages because this is my first grow and I was still pulling everything together for the tent. I'm only just fully set up Today, I installed the R part of DWC. Quite an exciting day really. Now I have a 100l Res next to the tent and it pumps in twice a day for 15 mins to top off the growing tank. The growing bucket is 20l which has a 15l water level. I think I will be able to get it a bit bigger quicker next time.but this is realistically the Max size I'll be after.
My light is a 1000w full spectrum LED.
Personally I see this as an hilarious hobby and experience.. I really don't care how it ends up.. I love growing plants of all types and this has been so much fun..
It's been topped a lot and pulled down pretty hard as you can see in the pics.. I'm really stoked to have it now so I can leave it alone for a period of time without manually topping up the water.
I know the tops of the roots look a bit dark but that's just how it's been from the start and everything seems fine. I never treated with anything but now I have such a large root mass I've added a sterilising agent to the mix.

Let me know what you think..

Don't listen about the light being further away like that, it's not true with led's from my experience and I use much stronger than yours now but used to have one like yours and dis the same.

I would keep them and 18" and then let them get to 12" and start over and over and over. I find light spacing to be more an aspect of light distance than heat or light bleaching. Try it see how they react in a day or two and let me know.

That thing is probably putting out around 500 true watts maybe a little more.

I am not trying to be rude just inforamative is all, ok?

That root mass looks fantastic but for 10 weeks its pretty small actually. In 10 weeks that entire bucket in perfect conditions would be filled with roots.

I'm in no way judging the OP at all because besides the time span I think it all looks pretty tits! I think he should be aware of what really healthy well grown roots look like in this kind of system is all.

No ill will intended!!!

I thought that and mentioned it myself think he just needs bigger container he's using 20 litres I think so root ball knows it's not got the space

Considering issues with soil becoming root bound and that some of my 12 gallon buckets are almost filled to the tee,

I don't think it has anything to do with container size but that's just an assumed opinion.
